Apply for the 2020 Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Culture of Health Prize. The prize honors and elevates communities working at the forefront of advancing health, opportunity, and equity for all.

Winning communities will receive a $25,000 cash prize and national recognition.

New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation – Connect Kids to Parks Field Trip Grant Program 

This funding connects New York schoolchildren with nature, outdoor recreation and history by refunding transportation costs and program fees up to $1,000 for eligible classrooms

Eligibility: Classrooms of any grade level in New York State public school districts with at least one Title 1 school, after-school clubs in eligible school districts, Advantage After School programs, 21st Century Community Learning Centers, Empire After School Program, New York City Department of Youth and Community Development After School Program and any municipal recreation program in communities with Title 1 schools are eligible to apply for this grant. Destinations must be to NYS parks or state lands.

Funding: Up to $1,000 in transportation, entry, pavilion and programming costs will be reimbursed.

DEADLINE: Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
